Coaching Courses Available For IGH3P Members

 

This section outlines the process and requirements for course accreditation within our organisation. The procedure covers the submission of up to 3 courses per application, the review of course materials, an intensive evaluation of the course, and the issuance of accreditation. The course accreditation levels range from Level 1 (Foundation) to Level 7 (Executive Coaching Fellow), each corresponding to a specific coaching training course.

Level 1: Foundation: Coaching Fundamentals

Requirements:

  • The course should introduce the basic elements of coaching theory and practise.
  • Submission of comprehensive course materials, including a syllabus, course plan, learning objectives, assessment methods, and reference materials.
  • Undergo an intensive evaluation process that includes independent review, stakeholder feedback, and trial implementation.

Review Process:

  • Annual review to ensure continuous improvement, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.

Level 2: Intermediate: Developing Coaching Skills'

Requirements:

  • The course should expand on foundational elements and introduce intermediate-level coaching concepts and skills.
  • Submission of detailed course materials that illustrate course progression and learning outcomes.
  • Completion of an intensive evaluation process that includes a panel of industry experts.

Review Process:

  • Biannual review to ensure the course remains up-to-date, relevant, and effectively supports learner progression.

Level 3: Advanced Intermediate: Advanced Coaching Techniques'

Requirements:

  • The course should provide more complex coaching concepts and techniques, suitable for learners aiming to deepen their coaching skills.
  • Submission of comprehensive course materials, including recent developments and advanced theories in coaching.
  • A rigorous evaluation process that involves a panel of industry experts and educators.

Review Process:

Level 4: Advanced: Mastering Coaching Tools

Requirements:

  • The course should offer advanced knowledge of coaching tools and models, suitable for learners seeking to become highly skilled coaches.

  • An extensive evaluation process involving industry leaders and academic experts.

Review Process:

Level 5: Expert: Coaching Specialisations

Requirements:

  • The course should focus on specialised coaching areas (like executive coaching, life coaching, etc.), suitable for seasoned coaches seeking expert-level knowledge.
  • Submission of extensive course materials that cover cutting-edge knowledge, research, and practise in the coaching field.
  • A highly intensive evaluation process involving top industry experts and experienced educators.

Review Process:

  • Biannual review to ensure the course maintains the highest standards of excellence and relevance in the ever-evolving coaching field.

Level 6: Master: Transformative Coaching

Requirements:

  • The course should offer master's-level content, focusing on transformative coaching methods that enable profound change in clients.
  • Submission of comprehensive course materials showcasing the latest advancements and innovative practises in transformative coaching.
  • A rigorous evaluation process involving a diverse panel of top industry experts and academic scholars.

Review Process:

  • Biannual review to ensure that the course remains innovative, effective, and influential, serving as a model for advanced coaching education.

Level 7: Executive Coaching Fellow: Executive Coaching Mastery

Requirements:

  • The course should cover advanced, strategic, and expert-level content in executive coaching, suitable for highly experienced coaches and leaders in the field.
  • Submission of extensive course materials reflecting cutting-edge knowledge, research, and practise in executive coaching.
  • Completion of a highly intensive evaluation process involving top industry experts focused on innovativeness, leadership development, and impact on the coaching field.

Review Process:

  • Quarterly review to ensure that the course maintains the highest standards of excellence, remains on the frontier of industry development, and continues to serve as a benchmark for other executive coaching courses.


For all levels, upon successful review and evaluation, course accreditation is issued. This accreditation signifies that the course meets or exceeds our rigorous standards for quality, relevance, and effectiveness in coaching education and training. The accreditation is valid for three years, after which a re-accreditation process must be undertaken to ensure continued compliance with our standards and evolving best practices in the field.

We emphasise the importance of continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest coaching theories and practises. This ensures that the courses we accredit contribute to the development of highly skilled and knowledgeable coaches capable of making a positive impact on their clients and the coaching profession.
