Code of Conduct for Staff

As a staff member of the IGH3P, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. The following code of conduct outlines these expectations:

1. Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. This includes fulfilling your duties to the best of your ability, maintaining a high standard of personal conduct, and behaving respectfully and courteously towards all individuals.

2. Integrity: Act with integrity in all dealings. This includes being honest and transparent, avoiding conflicts of interest, and not engaging in any form of dishonest or unethical behaviour.

3. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information you come across in the course of your duties. Do not disclose any confidential information without proper authorization, and do not use confidential information for personal gain.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Understand and adhere to the laws and regulations that are relevant to your role and responsibilities.

5. Continuous Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning and development. Keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date, seek feedback, and contribute to the learning and development of others.

6. Protection of IGH3P's Reputation: Protect the reputation of the IGH3P. Do not engage in any behaviour that could harm the reputation of the IGH3P, and represent the IGH3P in a positive and professional manner.

7. Reporting of Violations: Report any violations of this Code of Conduct. This includes reporting any suspected violations by other staff or members, and cooperating with any investigations into violations of this Code of Conduct.
