Overview Corporate Accreditation Requirements

This document details the requirements and process for the accreditation of corporate coaching and mentoring programs within our organisation. One application can cover up to 5 programs, with the procedure encompassing the review of program materials, an intensive evaluation of the program, and the issuance of accreditation.

Corporate Coaching Accreditation

Corporate coaching accreditation recognises the commitment and capability of the organisation to deliver quality coaching programs that align with recognised standards in the industry.

Application Requirements:

  1. Program Design: A detailed description of the program, including its structure, scope, duration, and delivery methods.

  2. Curriculum: A clear outline of the course content, demonstrating the incorporation of industry best practises and current coaching theories.

  3. Learning Objectives: Clear, measurable learning outcomes for each component of the program, aligned with organisational objectives and individual development needs.

  4. Assessment Methods: Robust methods for assessing participant performance, progress, and overall program effectiveness.

  5. Feedback Mechanisms: A defined process for collecting and implementing feedback from participants and stakeholders.

Application Process:

  1. Submission: Submit the completed application along with all required supporting documents.

  2. Review: A panel of independent experts will review the application. They will examine the program materials for alignment with best practises and recognised standards in coaching.

  3. Evaluation: The program will undergo an intensive evaluation process, which may include observations of coaching sessions, interviews with coaches and participants, and a review of participant feedback.

  4. Accreditation: If the program meets or exceeds our rigorous standards, accreditation will be granted, recognising the program's quality and effectiveness.

Review Process:

  • Biannual review to ensure continuous improvement and relevance, taking into consideration the evolving landscape of the coaching industry, organisational objectives, and individual development needs.

Corporate Mentoring Accreditation

Corporate mentoring accreditation acknowledges an organization's dedication to fostering professional and personal growth through effective mentoring programs that adhere to industry best practises.

Application Requirements:

  1. Program Scope and Objectives: A detailed outline of the program’s scope and its objectives, demonstrating alignment with organisational goals and individual development needs.

  2. Mentoring Guidelines: Clear guidelines for mentors and mentees, including roles, responsibilities, expectations, and ethical standards.

  3. Evaluation Metrics: Robust metrics for evaluating the success and impact of the mentoring relationship and the overall program.

  4. Support Mechanisms: Resources and support systems are put in place for mentors and mentees throughout the mentoring journey.

Application Process:

  1. Submission: Submit the completed application along with all necessary supporting documents.

  2. Review: A panel of industry experts will review the application. They will assess the program materials for consistency with industry standards and best practises in mentoring.

  3. Evaluation: The program will undergo a thorough evaluation process, which may include observations of mentoring sessions, interviews with mentors and mentees, and a review of participant feedback.

  4. Accreditation: If the program meets or exceeds our stringent standards, accreditation will be granted, affirming the program's quality and effectiveness.

Review Process:

  • Biannual review to ensure the program remains contemporary, relevant, and effective, reflecting the evolving landscape of the mentoring field and the organisation's needs.

Both types of accreditation are valid for three years. To ensure continued compliance with our standards and evolving best practises in coaching and mentoring, a re-accreditation process must be undertaken after this period. We emphasise the importance of continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest coaching and mentoring theories and practises. This ensures that accredited programs continue to provide significant value to their participants and their organisations.
