Accreditation / Certification Policy for Commercial Training Organisations

The IGH3P is committed to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training programs offered by commercial training organisations. To achieve this, we have established the following accreditation policy:practises

  1. Curriculum: Training organisations must offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers all the essential aspects of coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, NLP, NSP, the 3 Principles practises, and neuroscience applications for coaching.. The curriculum must be grounded in evidence-based practices and regularly updated to reflect the latest research and trends in the field.

  2. Instructors: Training organisations must employ experienced and qualified instructors. Instructors must have a deep understanding of the subject matter and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to students.

  3. Facilities and Resources: Training organisations must provide appropriate facilities and resources to support learning. This includes a suitable learning environment, access to relevant literature and materials, and adequate equipment.

  4. Assessment: Training organisations must have a robust assessment system in place to measure student progress and ensure learning outcomes are being met. This could involve quizzes, assignments, practical exams, and feedback sessions.

  5. Ethical Conduct: Training organisations must adhere to the IGH3P's Code of Ethics. This includes respecting the rights and dignity of students, maintaining confidentiality, and avoiding conflicts of interest.

  6. Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures: Training organisations must have a clear and fair complaints procedure in place. They must also comply with the IGH3P's disciplinary procedures, which include cooperating with any investigations into their conduct or practise.

  7. In lieu of full accreditation being granted , the coach and/or mentor  may get certification status, if all requirements for certification are met.

  8. Accreditation Review

Please note that before you can gain full accreditation, there will be an additional step as per below

Once your application is submitted, the IGH3P (accrediting body) will conduct a formal review. This may involve further site visits, interviews with coaches and/or  mentors within your organisation, and a thorough examination of your documentation. The purpose of the review is to verify that you meet the accreditation standards.

This accreditation policy ensures that all commercial training organisations associated with the IGH3P meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. It provides assurance to students and the public that our accredited training organisations are committed to delivering high-quality education and training.
