Code of Conduct for Members

As a member of the IGH3P, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. The following code of conduct outlines these expectations:

1. Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. This includes maintaining a high standard of personal conduct, behaving respectfully and courteously towards all individuals, and fulfilling your duties as a practitioner or trainer to the best of your ability.

2. Integrity: Act with integrity in all dealings. This includes being honest and transparent, avoiding conflicts of interest, and not engaging in any form of dishonest or unethical behaviour.

3. Respect: Treat all individuals with respect. This includes respecting the rights, dignity, and diversity of all individuals, and not engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

4. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information you come across in the course of your duties. Do not disclose any confidential information without proper authorization, and do not use confidential information for personal gain.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Understand and adhere to the laws and regulations that are relevant to your role and responsibilities.

6. Continuous Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning and development. Keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date, seek feedback, and contribute to the learning and development of others.

7. Protection of IGH3P's Reputation: Protect the reputation of the IGH3P. Do not engage in any behaviour that could harm the reputation of the IGH3P, and represent the IGH3P in a positive and professional manner.

8. Reporting of Violations: Report any violations of this Code of Conduct. This includes reporting any suspected violations by other members, and cooperating with any investigations into violations of this Code of Conduct.

These codes of conduct provide a clear and consistent standard of behaviour for all staff and members of the IGH3P. They are designed to promote a positive and respectful environment, and ensure that all  members uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
