Recognition of the IRCM.CIC Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies and Recognition of the Independent Coaching and Mentoring Ombudsman

The International Guild for Hypnotherapy, NLP and 3 Principles Practitioners and Trainers (hereafter referred to as "the Guild") as the guild is accredited by the IRCM.CIC, we hereby formally recognise The International Regulator of Coaching and Mentoring CIC (hereafter referred to as "the IRCM CIC") Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies. In addition, the Guild acknowledges the authority of the independent Coaching and Mentoring Ombudsman.

Recognition of IRCM CIC Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies

The Guild acknowledges the vital role of the IRCM CIC in the international regulation of the coaching and mentoring industry. The IRCM CIC's Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies is a guiding document that emphasises the importance of professional conduct, equality and non-discrimination, duty of care, confidentiality, and integrity. It serves as an industry-recognized standard that ensures the coaching and mentoring professions operate in a manner that is consistent, ethical, and beneficial to all stakeholders involved.

The Guild appreciates the rigorous standards set forth in the IRCM CIC’s Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies. We align with the IRCM CIC’s commitment to transparency, honesty, and accountability and endorse these values for all our members. As professionals in hypnotherapy, NLP and 3 Principles practices, coaching, mentoring,  and Training, we understand the crucial role ethics and competence play in maintaining trust, professionalism, and excellence in our services.

By recognising this Code, the Guild pledges to encourage its members to adhere to these principles and to implement them in their professional practises. The Guild will actively promote the IRCM CIC's Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies as part of our ongoing professional development and training programs. This will ensure that our members are well-versed in these principles and that they incorporate them into their professional practises.

Recognition of the Independent Coaching and Mentoring Ombudsman

The Guild also recognises the role of the independent Coaching and Mentoring Ombudsman. The Ombudsman plays a crucial role in maintaining standards within the coaching and mentoring industry by providing a platform for resolving disputes and upholding the integrity of the profession.

The Guild acknowledges the Ombudsman's responsibility for handling and resolving complaints or disputes related to professional conduct within the coaching and mentoring industries. The Guild supports the work of the Ombudsman in promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability in our industry.

We encourage our members to recognise the Ombudsman's authority and to utilise their services when necessary. The Guild will actively communicate the role of the Ombudsman to our members and provide information on how to engage with the Ombudsman’s services.

By recognising the IRCM CIC's Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies and the role of the independent Ombudsman, the Guild underscores its commitment to upholding the highest standards in coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, NLP, and 3 Principles practise and training. The Guild is dedicated to promoting ethical conduct, professional competence, and accountability among its members, in alignment with the standards set by the IRCM CIC and the independent Ombudsman.
