Please note

Certification certainly holds value as it validates a certain level of skill, knowledge, and competence in coaching or mentoring, whether it's for an individual or a corporate entity. However, aiming for accreditation can provide significant additional benefits.

Accreditation is a more rigorous and comprehensive process that not only signifies adherence to foundational standards but also demonstrates a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. This applies to both individual practitioners and corporate programs.

For corporate entities, accreditation signifies that their coaching or mentoring programs consistently meet or exceed high standards of quality. It sends a strong message about the organization's commitment to the professional development of its employees and its investment in fostering a coaching culture.

The process of accreditation involves a thorough review and evaluation, which encourages continuous learning, development, and quality assurance. This ongoing process of review and renewal ensures that the accredited entity, whether an individual or a corporation, remains current and relevant in their practice.

Therefore, while certification can enhance your credibility and professional standing, achieving accreditation can further distinguish you or your corporate program as being among the best in the field. It provides additional assurance to clients, students, and the public about the quality of your coaching or mentoring services or education. Thus, striving for accreditation, whether as an individual coach or mentor or as a corporate entity, is a worthwhile endeavour.

At the International Guild for Hypnotherapy, NLP, and 3 Principles Practitioners and Trainers (IGH3P), we recognise the importance of both coaching and mentoring. We have established distinct levels of expertise for both coaches and mentors, each requiring a specific number of hours dedicated to theory and practise:

Level Descriptors

Practitioner Level (Coach/Mentor): This level is for those who have gained a foundational level of experience and skills in coaching or mentoring. They are competent in providing services in their respective fields.

Advanced Practitioner Level (Coach/Mentor): This level is for coaches or mentors who have gained more extensive experience and have developed advanced skills. They may also have undergone further training or professional development.

Master Practitioner Level (Coach/Mentor): This level is for those who have reached a high level of expertise in coaching or mentoring, possibly with many years of experience and a track record of successful relationships. They may also have contributed to their respective fields through research, publications, or leadership roles.

Fellow Level (Coach/Mentor): This prestigious level is awarded to coaches or mentors who have made significant contributions to their respective fields. This could include contributions to theory and practise, leadership in organisations, or significant impact through their work.

Note that all fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application. The fees are subject to change at the discretion of the IGH3P. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to all members and applicants in a timely manner.
