Introduction

The International Guild for Hypnotherapy, NLP, and 3 Principles Practitioners and Trainers (IGH3P) is a global organisation committed to the advancement and standardisation of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Psychology  (NLP), Neuro Sensory Psychology (NSP), the Three Principles understanding and the cutting edge application of the Neuroscience of Coaching. Our governing body, composed of esteemed professionals in the field, is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of practice, education, and ethics in our industry.

Our Roles and Responsibilities

  • Dr. Terry McIvor, Chair of the Governing Body: Dr. McIvor oversees the strategic direction of the guild, ensuring that our operations align with our mission and vision. He also presides over governing body meetings and represents the guild in external engagements.

  • Professor HariKumar Pallathadka, Director of Curriculum Quality and Enhancement: Prof. Pallathadka is responsible for ensuring the quality and relevance of our educational programs. He oversees curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Ms. Zita Bertha, Director of Memberships: Ms. Bertha manages our membership program, ensuring that our members receive the support and resources they need to thrive in their practice. She also oversees member recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.

  • Mr. Calum Morrison, Director of Business Development for Coaches: Mr. Morrison spearheads initiatives to support the business growth of our coaching members. He provides resources and opportunities for coaches to expand their practice and reach.
