David Key is a Best Selling Author, Transformative Coach, Principles Teacher, NLP Trainer, and Master Trainer of Hypnosis who is passionate about assisting people in achieving their personal and professional goals. A more fulfilling life.
Over the last few years, around 71,000 people from more than 40 countries have enrolled in one of David's award-winning, dynamic, and innovative online and in-person coaching programmes.

LARRY – Colonel H Larry ELMAN
Along with Milton Erickson, Dave Elman (Larry's Father) is regarded as one of the founders of modern hypnosis. They have influenced all of the numerous types of formal hypnosis that exist today.
Larry is one of the few persons alive who had a direct connection to Dave Elman, and he took his father's course multiple times before attending MIT. Larry had to limit his hypnotherapy activities while working in engineering and the Air Force. He is now the CEO of the Dave Elman Hypnosis Institute ("DEHI"), and he lectures and teaches hypnosis all over the world, in addition to writing about hypnosis and making CDs and DVDs illustrating Dave Elman's medical hypnosis skills.
Larry conducts Hypnosis Certification Courses for the Hypnosis Society Association, as well as advanced hypnosis courses.
CHERYL – Cheryl J. ELMAN
CHERYL Cheryl J. Elman CH, CMT, BS Ed is the president of the Dave Elman Hypnosis Institute and an Accredited SleepTalk® Trainer. She and her husband, H Larry Elman, have trained and presented in 18 countries across five continents.
Living with his son has given Cheryl insight into who Dave Elman was and his methods that go beyond literature. Cheryl is an energising speaker who draws the audience in with her excitement, humour, and participation. She was named MAHC's 2014 Educator of the Year and 2016 Optimist of the Year for her substantial work with Children's Programmes in North Carolina. SLEEP TALK: SleepTalk® is a Children's Self-Esteem Programme.

Michael Watson is an international trainer and consultant, who provides one on one consultation in NLP and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy; and certification programs, and workshops.
Michael has over 30 years experience in the field, he is on the board of directors of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), a Society of NLP Certified Trainer of NLP, and instructor and former educator of the year for the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT).
