Course Accreditation & Certification
Independent professional recognition for coaching and mentoring courses designed to demonstrate quality curriculum, appropriate learning outcomes, professional teaching standards and responsible assessment.
Independent Review of Professional Education
IGH3P® Course Accreditation & Certification provides training providers, educators and institutions with an independent framework for the review of individual coaching and mentoring courses.
The process considers the course curriculum, learning objectives, teaching methods, trainer competence, assessment strategy, ethical standards and wider quality processes supporting the learner experience.
Recognition is awarded to the course itself and provides external assurance that the submitted programme has been reviewed against the applicable IGH3P® educational standards.
What IGH3P® Reviews
Recognition considers how the different elements of the course work together to create a coherent professional learning experience.
Curriculum
The structure, sequence, scope and professional relevance of the course content.
Learning Outcomes
Clear and appropriate learning objectives aligned with the purpose and level of the course.
Teaching & Delivery
The methods used to facilitate learning and support participant engagement and progression.
Trainer Competence
The qualifications, professional experience and capability of those responsible for teaching or facilitating the course.
Assessment
How learner understanding, competence and achievement are assessed against the stated outcomes.
Quality & Ethics
The policies, ethical expectations, learner support and quality-assurance processes supporting the course.

The same overall quality framework applies across both areas, while the subject matter and learning outcomes should reflect the professional purpose of the course.

What Course Providers May Need to Submit
The precise documentation will depend on the recognition route and course level, but applicants should be prepared to demonstrate how the course is designed, taught, assessed and quality assured.
From Application to Course Recognition
The depth of review varies according to the route and level, but the overall process follows a clear sequence.
Apply
Submit the relevant course application and identify the recognition route sought.
Submit Evidence
Provide curriculum, learning materials, assessment information and supporting documentation.
Review
The submission is reviewed against the relevant IGH3P® educational criteria.
Feedback
Clarification, recommendations or additional evidence may be requested where appropriate.
Decision
A certification or accreditation decision is made following completion of the review.
Course Recognition Is Not Individual Accreditation
Accreditation or certification of a course confirms that the education itself has been reviewed against the applicable IGH3P® standards. It does not automatically confer individual professional accreditation or certification on every person who completes that course. Individual recognition is a separate process and may require additional evidence of training, experience, competence and professional practice.
Supporting Quality, Credibility & Improvement
Independent course review can provide value to both training providers and prospective learners.
Independent Validation
Demonstrate that the course has undergone external review against professional education criteria.
Professional Credibility
Provide prospective learners and stakeholders with additional assurance regarding course quality.
Quality Assurance
Review curriculum, delivery and assessment within a structured professional framework.
Constructive Feedback
Use evaluation and recommendations to identify areas where course design or delivery can be strengthened.
Continuous Improvement
Encourage ongoing review of course content, learner outcomes and educational practice.
Recognised Status
Communicate course recognition appropriately once certification or accreditation has been granted.
