Professional Coach Certification
IGH3P® professional coach certification recognises coaches who demonstrate defined levels of professional training and practical coaching experience. It provides formal recognition of professional competence and achievement beyond the completion of a training course.
Recognition of Professional Knowledge, Skill & Experience
IGH3P® professional certification recognises coaches who have completed substantial professional coaching training and accumulated the practical coaching experience required for their certification level.
Certification provides recognition that defined professional criteria relating to coaching knowledge, skills, competence and practical experience have been met.
It sits within the IGH3P® professional recognition framework as a distinct pathway from professional accreditation.
This Is Professional Certification
IGH3P® certification is not simply a certificate issued for attending or completing a course. Certification is awarded against defined professional criteria and requires evidence of both appropriate training and practical coaching experience.
Course Completion Is Not the Same as Professional Certification
The term certification can sometimes be misunderstood. IGH3P® professional certification represents assessment against professional criteria rather than simply completion of a training programme.
Evidence of Course Completion
A course certificate ordinarily confirms that an individual has completed a particular programme of learning or training.
Recognition Against Professional Criteria
Professional certification considers relevant training together with documented practical coaching experience and recognises achievement at a defined professional level.
The Four Certification Levels
IGH3P® provides four progressive certification levels, reflecting increasing levels of practical coaching experience and professional achievement.
Certified Coach Practitioner
Certified Advanced Level Coach
